Partner-PEO has an opening vacancy for a Multinational Nutrition Company, the Job Description is as following: Job title: Channel and Category Sales Development Manager CCSD Manager Reporting to: Sales Director Main Responsibilities: • Develop and maintain Engineering competences at the factory (including technical and management competencies, talent review, career and succession planning, etc.) • Channel category strategy & planning • Develop the category vision • Synthetize available data & knowledge (country & category facts; category growth equation; consumer & shopper insights; customer insights; competitive intelligence) • Develop a picture of the future for category (ex: horizon + 3 years) • Prioritize channels and for each priority channel (MT; TT), adapt the category roadmap: • identify key business opportunities from category growth equation • Identify & prioritize the 5 growth drivers & the 14 winning actions • Agree with key stakeholders the high level strategies for priority channels • Prioritize assortment (Brand & Portfolio Optimization) • Pricing strategy • Promotional strategy • Merchandising strategy: Perfect Store guidelines • Integration between Sales & Marketing • Co-ordinate the Integrated Commercial Planning (ICP) • Process: Develop calendar of key meetings + common templates for plans • Channel plan: develop channel plan for priority channels (MT; TT) • Ensure alignment on common priorities across functions • Ensure consensus on common Must Win Battles: the ‘Big Rocks’ • Ensure Channel, Shopper & Customer Input into Brand plans • Ensure Customer Plans support Channel plan • Consolidate key Consumer & Trade Activities by Category for priority Channels (MT; TT) • Develop & monitor a national dashboard with key common KPIs • Leads the development and embedment of Business Excellence Generating Demand tools and processes across all GD organization. • Category Sales Development • Category Management: • Category captain or leader on a specific category initiative with one key Customer • Prepare status of ‘preferred partner’ with one key customer • Category Selling stories for customers • Perfect Store visibility guidelines: • Merchandising guidelines (main shelf; secondary placement) • Pre & Post evaluation of 80% of trade spend investments • Define & monitor process: roles, templates, validation process, alignment meetings Qualifications: • Degree Bachelor degree • Min 3 years of relevant experience (Trade marketing and sales background). • English Language: Very Good • Computer Skills: Very good Gender: Male/Female Working Location: Cairo, Egypt Benefits: Excellent Compensation Package.
