Partners & Friends, The leaders and leadership of every generation start in the wine press of identification, recognition, and responsibility. When confronted in the winepress of life pressure is applied and leaders develop into their personal identification and recognize what they can accomplish in life and accept their responsibilities. True leaders draw followers like metal to a magnet leading from the front putting the components of their lives into their followers, a duplication process taking place almost unseen. There are two generations of Called Leaders in the Spiritual winepress of life at this moment and they will be released into a world of tremendous chaos. There are Divine calls to Leadership such as Abraham, Moses, Elisha and Paul to name just a few. These are always separated from what they were and where they were in a total spiritual separation called out, with specific assignments. True leaders have the ability to be all things to all people as servant leaders, the Lord Jesus Christ being our chief example laying his life down for a world full of other people. The great Leadership of the Holy Spirit guides us into all truth. He controls the movement and timing of believers as Peter comes out of a trance and is told to go with the men arriving at gate for I have sent them to you. He selects Christian Leaders when He told them to separate me Barnabas and Saul for the work I have called them too. Where are the leaders?
