Passage: Deut.[3:22] “Do not be afraid of them the Lord your God himself will fight for you.” Point: Do your best and God will do the rest! Practice: The one thing God is looking for the most in His people is having the right attitude! A positive attitude that will stand up for what is right and put the needs of others before their own needs. Life is not always fair and hence we don’t always have control of certain outcomes in life. You give your best and it’s not quite good enough instead people treat you unfairly; they victimise you; they humiliate you and they even scandalise your name. Do not be moved by these things! But rather stir an attitude that believe God and trust in God. An attitude that declares; “God is not through blessing me! I will not lose heart because God knows the way that I take.” When people have not been honest with you in their business dealings;” God is fighting for me! God will give me the victory!” Align your attitude according to God’s word. Put your trust in the Lord God almighty! Don’t despair He will come through for you! Prayer: Heavenly Father thank You for the assurance that You fight or me. I give everything that weighs heavy on my mind and heart to You. The battle is beyond my control so I give it to You O Lord to vindicate me! I only have You in heaven this morning who is fighting on my behalf. Thank You for Your love that never abandon me in the time of trouble and difficulty. My hope is in You Lord.- In Jesus name Amen!
