SENIOR VFX PRODUCTION COORDINATOR • Communicate with artists • Follow up on schedule, communicate delays, etc. • Coordinate with artists re: tech & platform issues • Shuttle drives as required to clients or to ingest facilities • Participate and contribute to production meetings to help develop the technology platform • Create documentation to identify how different features or functions need to be performed on the platform. DIRECTOR OF MARKETING • Define our sales strategy, goals and targets and lead our sales effort • Develop a sales, PR and marketing budget • Develop our Marketing and PR strategies • Have strong relationships with agencies that can be leveraged to drive sales • Keep their finger on the pulse of the independent filmmaker market • Direct the sales process, including prospecting, qualifying and positioning of our service • Identify events, conferences and festivals to attend to increase visibility • Utilize a CRM (or similar system) to track sales progress • Ensure delivery of goals - monthly, quarterly, annually • Help manage external relations with both our communities - artists and filmmakers • Manage our social media and other online presence (could also work with an intern to help manage this) PART_TIME ASSITANT/PRODUCTION ACCOUNTANT • Able to coordinate my calendar, take calls, follow-up, etc • Post jobs on forums, schedule interviews, compile notes • Submit expenses into our accounting system and conduct bank recs • File and manage receipts • Coordinate office supply purchases • Manage contracts, policies and other office documentation • This role is likely part-time - maybe 3 days a week.
