We have Stuart Halsan (lobbyist for the WA Vape Association), Joe Daniels (lobbyist for Altria), Colette Dow (Political Issues Management) and Holly (lobbyist for NJOY) all working very hard drumming up opposition against HB2975. The goal isnt to reduce the proposed taxes – the goal is to prevent ANY new taxes on our product –Sales Tax Is Enough!!! In summary, much progress has been made; many democrats are verbally assuring they will vote against the bill. DONT BELIEVE THEM – DONT TRUST THEM!!! We must continue our battle as if we have none of the democrats caving in.
