We speak because we have believed. If you are still tongue tied or close mouthed, then you still need to believe. The devil wants to lock up your mouth but God wants it wide open. In Christ Jesus, God gave us a mouth and it is enlarged over and against our enemies. ((Lk. 21:15, 1 Sam 2:1) Speaking is what drives or runs your faith. It is what we do once we have believed. That is the other half of the spirit of faith. Your world is in your mouth. The word of God in your mouth frames your world (Isa. 51:16) Speaking doesn’t bring faith, but it is what drives the faith you already have in you through hearing and hearing of the Word of God. May your mouth be continually enlarged over your enemies in Christ Jesus name.
