Pastor Jeff at Wayside surprised us with an "I Am Redeemed" service this past Sunday. We sang "Glory to His Name", "If Ever I Loved Thee" and "Because He Lives". I guess we were a little "not with it" and it took a while for him to get us to say "I AM REDEEMED" to everything he said, but we got it and by the end of the service we were all on cue!! Every time our wonderful pianist sat down, he would say, "Now, if Miss Jackie will come to the piano...." We continued with "When the Roll is Called Up Yonder" and then Pastor Jeff surprised and delighted all of us by singing "Touring That City" as a solo. We ended the service with a prayer and a final declaration of "I AM REDEEMED!" I wish all of you could have joined us for a wonderful service.
