Patricia asked... Hi. I was wondering if you could post the following question: We make all of our bread products/pastas/etc from scratch. While we used to grind our own organic grains, for the past year we have really enjoyed using the Central Milling Organic Artisan Baker’s Craft Unbleached White Flour through Azure Standard to make the lighter texture breads, cookies, cakes, etc. Unfortunately the price has risen 26% in just the past 10 months, wheat grain berries also having risen between 23-43% depending on type. I LOVE Azure, but after adding in the shipping this is making the price slightly more than just buying organic flour in 5# bags at our local BJ Wholesale Club and I need to keep our food budget in check as much as anyone else. We live in NE Ohio. Does anyone know of any sources that have better prices (must be organic or at least non-GMO)? We go through about 50-75 lbs per month so ordering a few hundred lbs at a time is no problem.
