Paul R. Wineman Phi Kappa Psi Fraternity Freshman Scholarship: It is again our pleasure to present the annual Paul R. Wineman Scholarship. The money for this scholarship is interest income generated by donors from the Phi Kappa Psi fraternity chapter at the University of Washington in Seattle. The total scholarship fund for this year is at least $3000. One award of $1000.00 and at least four awards of $500 will be given. The scholarships are available to any male student who will be attending the University of Washington beginning in the fall of 2014. Although it is being presented by Phi Kappa Psi, membership or a commitment of membership in Phi Kappa Psi is not a requirement to win a scholarship. All young men who will be attending the U of W this fall are strongly encouraged to apply.
