Pay attention to the tapping of the Holy Spirit on your heart. God gave you a built-in regulator to help you along in life. Your conscience is God-created and the more time you spend in the Word and prayer, the more developed your conscience will become. It’s God’s way of helping you out twenty-four hours of the day. If you neglect the inner “tapping” of the Lord, you will suffer for it in some way, and a few other people usually have to suffer too! Is that what you really want?
