Paypal service update email... usual bollocks, nothing interesting, then I come across this hidden half way down... Increasing the time allowed for buyers to raise a Dispute from 45 days to 180 days from the date on which payment was made. Finally... thank god, about time Paypal realised that 45 days was a shit amount of time to raise a problem report... standard 180 days, same as most banks, is much more sensible and better for buyers :D
