Peace, Another jewel shared with me by Pastor Daniels and thus Ill share it here. I was angered by anothers action which at the CORE was wrong and disingenuous. I have learned the VALUE of thinking BEFORE speaking though. U have 2 types of people in Social Media, those who use their gifts and purpose to elevate the PERFORMACE(Quality) of the human condition. And, those that travel here to entertain their focus is based in that and for that. Examination of them usually finds that they have done INTEGRITY like a drug dealer and a school zone, they GIVE it a 1,000ft. I gave thought to walking this person through hell, and making them know the pain of being a liar. Pastor Dee asked me a simple question...After U say it, NOTHING U say or do can repair the damage U intentionally do to YOUR character. U take your character everywhere U go, and one of the greatest quality character traits is being MEEK. I always equated MEEK with being WEAK. Pastor Dee said the jewel is knowing that being MEEK isnt being WEAK, rather its internal strength. MEEK means U have the power but U keep it under control because U practice and deal with self control. U could have ripped that person on FB, U could have put their business out there, U could have made them look small, powerless and insignificant but U didnt. NOT because U are better than them but rather if U are real and have good character(core), U want the best for all, even those who dont desire it for U. That also doesnt mean U dont defend yourself or your honor, U simply deal with it as a Man and keep it private and personal. The issue is with them WHY are U giving the world a view of business thats not theirs. I gave thought to his words and reflected....The Knowledge empowers US, but Good Character produces respect. Matthew was an accountant by trade, he stated it clearly in Matthew 5:5. Blessed are the MEEK. We need people in our corner who help us BE better than we thought we could be. I have deep love and respect for Pastor Dee....helping me grow as a Man and Leader.....thats a blessing. Peace!
