Peace Gang threatens to rob ‘Peace’ in Kashmir Taking a cue from the Uttar Pradesh gang which looted an onion truck after killing its driver and cleaner, a group of unemployed youth in Kashmir has formed a gang to rob all the Peace carrying trucks entering Kashmir through the Banihal tunnel. The group called Peace Robbers Association (PCB) has threatened to seize all the Peace coming to Kashmir from neighbouring countries “if the Peace prices aren’t brought down and it’s not made available to aam aadmi [not to be confused with Arvind Kejriwals’sAam Aadmi Party]”. “Only politicians with connections in Delhi or Islamabad can afford to buy Peace while the man in the street can’t even smell it. He only gets pepper or tear gas,” Robin Dar, the chief of PCB told All (J&K) Breaking News Alert. Robin refused to reveal his real name. “The peace carrying trucks are directly despatched to Gupkar and other selected places. The commoner just gets promises of tranquillity,” Robin added. While the overt government has been promising peace for decades now, Peace prices have continued to skyrocket. Covert government bought Time from people instead of giving them Peace. PCB didn’t give any details of their future actions, but sources say it would be tough for government to face the new rebel group as “they can’t be rejected by simply calling them drug addicts” when they are believed to be highly educated . “It is a major setback to mainstream parties in Kashmir. It would be too difficult for them to offer Peace as a freebie during the upcoming assembly and parliamentary elections when they themselves would have none, editor of the Weak Kashmir said, adding, “They have been robbed of an important election ploy”.
