Peace is not a want or a gamble based on the power of force, of sheer brutish military strength, of every or any ruthless or spontaneous military response, of defiant cum constant harassment of terror attacks of violence or even counter-violence of the worst order without seeming rest or effects, redundant negotiation tactics or antiquated skills!
