Peaceful Protest by doing Mundan (removing hair of head) & Fasting before Bombay High Court on 26.1.2015 with following Slogen as it appears to me the death of justice: 1) Melelya Mansachya Taluvaril Loni Khau Naka, Bhrashtachar Karu Naka. ( Do not be eater of butter from the skull of dead person, do not support corrupt practices) 2) Takela Jaun Bhande Lapau Naka, Tarikh var Tarikh Deu Naka ( Bombay High court is giving dates after dates but now avoiding to show it in list of dates as it appears to be very long list of dates which ashamed judiciary) 3) Nyaydevtechi Laaj Raakha, Nyyay Daan Velet Kara. ( Protect our judiciary and deliver justice on time) 4) Nyaydevtene ghar dile,bhrasht haivanane kadhun ghetle, Matoshrine jamini dilya, bhrasht adhikaryani khote 7/12 che utare dile. ( mother has gifted landed property as a livelihood,corrupt revenu officers have issued false,forged 7/12 extracts of said land) 5) Khote 7/12 che utare baghun ,bhrasht court mahashyani builderchya ghashaat dile otun. ( on the basis of said forged revenue record, corrupt judiciary has poured it in the throught of builder ) 6)T.B. dila ,daant ghetle, 28 varshe palvat thevle, aata tari nyay denaar ka? ( 28 years made to run from pillar to post & suffered from various ailments,T.B. and lost all teeth, will u deliver justice ?) Cr.W.P.1396/2012 was part-heard by Hon’ble Justice Shri Chavan J . He was hearing very well on merits of the case & directed to magistrate at Dahanu to finish all the trials within 3 months and said part heard matter was adjourned to 2.8.2012 . Magistrate at Dahanu made various contepmtuous statements and not only protected the accused by framing wrong charge ie.date of offence which is contrary to evidence and when I was required to attend the very case on 2.8.2012, I was not given one adjournment and without heraing to me acquitted all accused on 31.7.2012. inspite of my request to Hon’ble CJ to place the part-heard matter before same Judge, to save the valuable time of HC as well as my hardship to argue the matter repeatedly, but CJ has transferred the said matter before Hon’ble Justice Thipse which is still roaming before several Judges without deciding finally. Thus only dates after dates are given with ulterior motive to protect accused and harassment to me. The said Cr.W.P.1396 was converted into SMRN 1/2012, which was again converted into Cr.Appal No.1146/2013 and Cr.Revision No.268/2014.
