Pembroke SALES NEGOTIATOR Our client has created an opportunity for a sales negotiator from a property sales background to work for a developer selling New Build Developments. My client is looking for a property sales negotiator who can hit the ground running work autonomously. The duties of a sales negotiator are: · Generate interest for the development · Book clients in for viewing the show room · Send out marketing material to potential clients · Closing the sales Personal skills required: · Good customer service · Excellent verbal and written skills · IT literate Personal skills desired: · To have new build property sales experience · To have off plan property sales experience The salary will be between £16,000 and £17,000.
