Penny Ikinger Fan Page “Pieces of Glass” is a new video filmed recently by “run and gun” filmmaker Rachael Lucas (Burlesque Productions). Constructed from one locked off shot, it was filmed in a couple of inspired and spontaneous hours, before Penny packed her guitar to go off to a gig. It’s a one take wonder! The song was released on Penny Ikinger’s album “Penelope” (Citadel Records). It features Penny Ikinger on guitar and vocals, Deniz Tek on guitar, Clare Moore on drums, Dave Graney on backing vocals and Stu Thomas on bass. Penny Ikinger composed the song after receiving lyrics from Melbourne pop identity Caroline Kennedy in the mail. “Pieces of Glass” was recorded and mixed at Hothouse, Melbourne by Craig Harnath and Finn Keane and produced by Penny Ikinger and Craig Harnath.
