Penny threw up her meds again. They wont give her an ng saying she has to take her meds at home so she has to get use to it. I told the nurse today that she is vomiting all her food so either you guys want her to eat or take her meds. I tell them every time she will throw up. Today I told the nurse there are kids older than her on ng tubes. I am not understanding why they wont let Penny have one for the medicine. Madness. Also, she is supposed to be able to eat as much as she wants but they keep the milk from us so we have to ask for it which takes on average 20 min for them to bring it. I try asking for it way before its time and they still take their time. Last night after I asked for milk about a half hour later I had to ask for milk again and oxy for Penny. If she can eat as much as she wants why cant she? I did bring that up to the dr. I told him that she always has to wait on meds, or a test or the nurse to do something to eat. If she is able to eat anytime why are we always making her wait? The nurse went to go get her meds reordered. I told her she will most likely throw them up. I think Penny is just one of those babies who hates taking medicines. Poor thing. I thought we would have a good day today but I just think its how they run things here. The delaying of the milk never changes. I could go on and on with other things but its how they run the place. Me complaining is not going to change how they operate.
