People - THIS IS SO IMPORTANT!!!! “I always say, never sleep with someone you wouldn’t want to be” - Lisa Chase Patterson I learnt this lesson the HARD way, and just in the past week I cut cords with a past partner whose stuff (thoughts, feelings, beliefs, fears, traumas, darkness, entities) had been flowing into my body for a whole YEAR. I have been dealing with my own healing journey while wading through a thick black swamp of someone elses energy, and the effect on my mind, body, and entire life has been extremely negative, even dangerous. I only recently cottoned onto what was happening when I realized that I was having thoughts and feelings that had NOTHING to do with my life. My whole being is now going through an intensive detoxification process - and in the meantime I feel as though I am slowly coming back from the dead. My thoughts and feelings are becoming LIGHT again (and they are all MINE!), my physical body is returning to vitality, and it is no longer a herculean effort to achieve moments of pure joy, presence and gratitude. I am SO GRATEFUL for this lesson and everything that I experienced, but NO ONE should ever have to go through what I have. Please read! This article mentions many good aura cleansing methods but I would like to add that I required Archangel Michaels help to cut energetic cords with past partners, as I was already doing a lot of what the article mentions and the problem still existed.
