People Source is looking for a call center supervisor. Pay is around 40k. MUST HAVE JOB QUALIFICATIONS AS LISTED BELOW Job duties: ð Provide supervision to direct and indirect reports to ensure proper floor coverage and maintains leadership presence at all times on call center floor. ð Responsible for participating in the recruitment and hiring processes. Provides training, coaching and staff development. Leads by example by demonstrating company core values and culture. Encourages and motives staff to exceed expectations. ð Sets clear expectations, measure performance, and continually provide constructive feedback and coaching to staff. Ensures that all staff meet/exceed the established productivity and quality standards and follows all applicable policies, procedures, and laws. ð When appropriate, works with HR to administer corrective disciplinary action. ð Responsible for managing call center work schedules. ð Responsible for the delivery of customer satisfaction, business results and employee satisfaction to meet client’s expectations. ð Assist with daily call monitoring and quality assurance and provides just in time feedback and coaching to team members ð Identify and act on opportunities for improvement in all aspects of the call center.
