But they are the most corrupt people ever The ministry of mining Khasu has issued a prospecting licence to a Chinese company that is not duly registered in Lesotho, breaching the Mines and Minerals Act of 2005. One of the requirement for the issuance of a prospecting licence, as stipulated in the Mines and Minerals Act of 2005, is the applicant should be locally registered as a legitimate company, which apparently was not the case regarding Nan Jiang Africa Investments (Pty) Ltd, hence the police probe, which began in May. If it was Moleleki who did this we would even be told that “MUSO OA MOLIMO” has engaged a top Swazi lawyer to prosecute a case against Moleleki. What Moleleki and Khasu did is more or less the same except that Moleleki gave Mining licenses to Basotho. Minister Tseliso Mokhosi instructed PS Zaly whom he suspended but Zaly was reinstated by court order to buy furniture and computers for the new appointees whose position were not advertised. Zaly told the minister that she will neither buy the furniture nor process their salaries because the ministry had not budgeted for that expenditure. Zaly queried the process that was used to appoint the two because they were allegedly not interviewed. And you still claim that this gorvenment is clean!!!!!!!!!!!! Another Minister from Sadium Area is alleged to have taken a lead in a recruitment of employees at Lesotho correctional service. The recruitment process is not fair according to sources. Such positions were never advertised. Minister of Health, Dr Pinkie Manamolela, is also said to be allegedly meddling in the awarding of catering tenders to her ministry, some of the catering companies who have been given tenders belong to Ministers wives and they never tendered at all from the beginning. Yet people are still claiming to be so clean. The Prime Minister himself interfered with the judiciary system of Lesotho by requesting Judge to step down which the constitution of Lesotho is very clear that no person can request Judge to step down. Yet people are still claiming to be so clean. Ntate Thabane seems to have deviated far from the promises that he made to Basotho prior to elections. He is not singing that old song of M2020, MKM,Matekoane. Kotsoane is crying foul each an everyday about Matekoane as PM promised before elections. Instead of fulfilling his promises, PM is busy with his “whitch Haunt” about Moleleki. He is trying too hard with so much resources to find Moleleki guilty but no progress to this date. PCG is left with 4 years and in December it will be left with 3 and half years. His supporters suprise me a great deal, evertime when he mentioned that Moleleki must be imprisoned in his rallies, they ululate, instead of ululating when he talk about reducing unemployment level.He complained about high number of Ministers in Mosisili regime and we thought he would reduce them once in power but he did the worse. He used to complain about some of the laws like “polao ea maseea” but up to this date no efforts to change such laws. The worst part is that this eight parliament never made even a single law/bill. Its main duty is to pray and then go home. The eight parliament is to be running out of important national issues to discuss. They would rather opt to discuss petty issues such as humps at the parliament.
