People back at the state school have no clue how easy they have it. Nursing homes aint no joke, especially with a poorly ran administration. When i ran my shifts on those homes at the SS i would like to think I ran my shifts smooth, helped my staff as much as possible, got my hands dirty be it direct care or take downs and was still able to discipline without hesitation when needed. That powers that be here though aint got a damn clue as to what needs to be done to improve and progress this facility
