People complain so much about the DMV but not me...my coplaint is with EDD. Very frustrating, I understand the cutbacks and all, but if you are only going to take calls from 8-12, you either have all hands on deck and answer those phones. I spent all morning long starting at 7:45am in hopes I would be the first few on hold. NO THAT DIDNT HAPPEN! I had two phones calling EDD, each phone longed 100 calls each (it stopped counting at 100) so in realty, I made 200 calls (but i really think it was close to 300) and not once was I able to get through! Very frustrating!!!! Once I did get through and had a live person, but guess what, they picked up the phone and when i said hello, they hung up! Aargghhhh!
