People dont want to believe we live in a police state. THIS is prof. YES the subject dove into the car, BUT TRAINING states the officer was supposed to gain cover and un-holster his weapon if he feels the situation is threatening. NOT discharge his weapon multiple times at a crowded gas station! All officers are to attempt to resolve issues in a nonviolent and PEACEFUL manner before escalating to violent actions themselves. THIS is BS, and I can walk you through how they will right it off and allow this officer to continue to walk around hiding behind a badge and carrying a gun.
