People in NZ need to wise up to the level of corruption happening in NZ Politics and the danger it poses to our democracy When a Pulitizer prize winning Journalist of the calibre of Glen Greenwald flys half way across the world to discuss this issue in person in NZ people need to wake up and smell the stench. Nicky Hager did us a huge favour with his book #DirtyPolitics yet reactionary Kiwis still voted for this Wall Street Banker sent back to NZ to stitch us up by racking up immense levels of debt, giving tax breaks to the wealthiest NZs and throwing the door wide open for the Implementation of the TPPA, the greatest loss of sovereignty in this country since James Cook sailed over the Horizon in the Endeavour. I am literally ashamed at this election result and the people who think that John Key is part of the solution and not the problem. Brace yourself for an IMF move on our assets and rank Austerity as the 1% feather their nests at the expense of the 99%.. Shame on you NZ . I note that John Banks was a former Police Chief and has now been convicted of corruption as a direct result of what was ostensibly a private prosecution brought by the hard working Graham McReady and Penny Bright Thank you Penny for keeping these bastards in check.
