People keep asking me why didnt that wuss Harvick get penalized? Id say its because of two things... One. He didnt throw a punch.... Two...Theres no where in the NASCAR rulebook that says you cant give a kids style push to another driver and then run away like a little school girl while drivers and teams went to punching each other... Those five Hendrick team members fined $200,000 total and given various probations and suspensions should send the bill to Harvick...the Instigator.....
