People of The Internet! - I have a Windows 8.1 issue (blaaah) Ive finally enabled the ability to boot from disc in the F9 boot menu. Every single one of my hard drive utilities either said NON-RW HARDDRIVE or No Hard Drives Found. All Im trying to do is reformat the hard drive and install windows 7 in its place. But it seems to be locked in a way I cannot understand. Anyone have experience with reformatting a Windows 8/8.1 HD?
