People, small businesses and likewise. DO NOT use HWS Designs BY Barry Simmons what an absolute rip off. Had to wait over 2 months for designs i had asked for which he promised to get me in 2 weeks... Not only that he stated he had printed them when he hadnt and said it was going to cost another £20 because they were gloss so all in all this cost me £70 or £75 to get these so called prints done which never came... Constantly was let down saying he would personally deliver, resend them, reprint them and whatever stuff he promised which NEVER happened. His customer service was horrendous telling me to stop complaining, and hes done everything he can do now and the reason it took so long is because hes so busy... BUT not a week after threatening him with a small claims court surprisingly he sent them via email... Shocker... But still no prints...
