People that requested the Italian Chicken recipe, here ya go: 4-6 chicken breasts 1 small bottle Italian dressing (I like to use Fat Free Zesty) 1 can cream of chicken soup 1 cup chicken broth 1-8oz package cream cheese 1/2 teaspoon dried basil 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning Salt and pepper to taste Angel hair pasta, cooked Combine chicken breasts and Italian dressing in crockpot and cook for 8-10 hours on low. Drain off most of the Italian dressing and tear the chicken into pieces with two forks. (Chicken will be very tender). Melt rest of ingredients (except pasta) in a saucepan. Pour this mixture into the crockpot and mix with shredded chicken. Cook for one more hour on low or 1/2 hour on high. Serve over pasta. Top with parmesan cheese. **I like to mix all together when I serve it but you can also just put a certain amount of pasta with the chicken as a topping.
