People used to actually care about things like plot, character development, messages, morals, storytelling. People used to speculate what would happen next, discuss theories, and actually talk about the thing they saw. Now all anybody ever talks about are their feels, their favorite gay ships, and how they want to cosplay a character the second they see the characters face and hear their name. Its like no one actually cares about stuff anymore, they only care about the fandom that comes out of the thing.
