People who are stuck in sin and need hope to change, love testimonies of people that have found freedom. People who have decided to spiritualize their disfunction hate anyone who has had victory in the areas of their brokenness because it reminds them that they have a choice...they are not powerless victims of genetic predetermination. As long as everyone is stuck it reinforces the sense that their is no choice. But when someone gets free it removes peoples excuses and convictions them of their stuff.
