Peoples Music Network Winter Gathering Friday Night Schedule • January 24, 2014 Saint Johns Lutheran Church 83 Christopher Street, near 7th Avenue - Sheridan Square Greenwich Village, Manhattan, New York City 5:00 PM: Volunteers arrive for set-up. 6:00 PM: Registration opens. Doors open. 6:30 PM: Brief welcoming. Potluck buffet opens in social hall. 7:30 PM: Program begins in sanctuary with a short dance choreographed by Sol Weber. 7:45 PM: PMN Artists-in-Residence Magpie perform. 8:00 PM: Group singing with various song leaders. 9:30 PM: Buffet closes. Clean-up begins. 10:00 PM: Program ends with finale. Clean-up continues until complete. There is no admission fee, but this will be a potluck buffet dinner, so please bring a dish of food to share. If you cannot prepare something in advance, there are many grocery stores, bakeries, and takeout food places in the neighborhood.
