Registration begins for Juniors on Monday, April 21st and Thursday, April 24th for Sophomores. Please check the bulletin board in the commons for your registration time. Registration will take place in the Cyber Cafe. Students having questions about the registration process can speak with Mrs. Braam in the Cafeteria/Cyber Cafe during lunch sessions. Please DO NOT interrupt students who are registering and reserve your questions for the lunch sessions, thank you! Student Council Meeting - every Monday at 7:30 am in Mrs. Schramm’s room (when school is in session). Interact Club Meeting on Wednesday, April 23rd at 7:55 am in Mrs. Starks room. College Planning and Teen Financial Education Day - Saturday, April 26th at Wells Fargo in Pequot Lakes. Wells Fargo team members will provide financial education tips from their Hands on Banking program. Come learn about the many options available to help prepare your teen for their financial future. We are once again planning the play school for our Child Development class at PLHS. We will be in session from April 29th to May 23rd (Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday and Friday) in room 314. Our hours are from 10:35 to 11:30. In order to participate, children must be toilet trained and able to be separate from his/her parent(s). Children need to picked up promptly at 11:30. Junior Hallway Design Competition The PLHS Student Council is looking for ideas to make our school look even better than it already is! It has come to our attention that the junior hallway activity boards may seem rather out-of-date and they also stand as a fire hazard. With that being said, we would like to hold a contest to see who can come up with the best design idea. It should display everything we are proud of, here at PLHS. The winning prize will be a $100 Visa card. Hand in your design idea to the high school office by Friday, May 9th.
