Per a family friend, who is a successful businessman and a coach at a varsity level, I was encouraged to read a book entitled Lead...for God Sake!....I will have to say it was hard to put down. It really makes you think in terms of ones responsibilities as a leader in general whether in business, family, or athletics.....Very good book....I will be thanking this individual next time I see him :) I would encourage coaches, players, families, business individuals all to read this. It is an eye opener...
