Per chance, if you are a loyal fan of BIG 10 College Football...you likely noticed snowfall transpiring during both the Minnesota Gophers and Wisconsin Badgers games. The system responsible for the intentional grounding of all those snowflakes is forecast to remain to our south. This weekend wont be free of snow as a different, yet minor system gains yardage through our region bringing mostly cloudy conditions plus snow. The magnitude of forecast snow will not be amassing to any touchdowns as only an inch or two of snow is forecast. Field goal instead? Safety instead? Thermally speaking, a chilled day comes about Sunday as low temperatures of 0 to 4 are in the offing. Dont expect a mild go of things during the afternoon hours as high temperatures will be spotted at the 14 to 18 yard line.....check that....14 to 18 degree range. Dress warm as wind chills will be a factor...so dont be throwing any challenge flags about that!!!!
