Perfect Example Heres how I got the attention of the company that had surpassed the defination of NO SERVICE . 1. Establish YOUR problem with company involved. 2. Inform the responsible person & request the issue to be corrected or dealt with. IF this DOES NOT work.... 3.Contact a higher level of management . IF this DOES NOT work Use all the dates, times and evidence to support your case .. ie Screen shots of actual communications and important info and go public! Face Book, Linked In & Web pages are extremely visible public forums . Use them. The corporates may not know what s going on at ground ZERO ... but someone is keeping an eye on thier public profiles. BE sure of your facts, case and evidence .. Do not publish anything unfair or biased or untrue. Make yourself heard ! After being patient for 46 days I finally lost it!
