Perfect trip almost ruined at end when USAir cancelled flight to Charlotte. A couple of hours later, ended up in a hotel in Charlote with a packet of peanut butter cheese crackers for dinner, and a reservation for the morning to Bristol Virginia - from whence someone would have to pick me up. 5:30 wake-up call got me to airport early enough to try again to get a ticket to Asheville - success. So glad not to impose on anyone to that extent. USAir needs a Mussolini to make the planes run on time. My peanut butter cheese cracker dinner made me think, Toto, I think were not in Italy any more. But it was nice to lay eyes on grits this morning.
