Performed by Singapore Symphony Orchestra led by Lim Yau, my 2004 orchestral work Symphonic Suite on a Set of Local Tunes serves as soundtrack for the 3D Mapping Projection at Fullerton Hotels facade -Reflections of Our Past, Present & Future, running nightly 8.15pm to 11.15pm from December 26 to 30, leading to the Marina Bay SG50 Countdown on New Years Eve. Having received performances by the Nagoya Philharmonic, Macau Youth Symphony, Royal Thai Navy Orchestra, Singapore National Youth Orchestra & Vietnam National Symphony, and representing the nation as far as Berlin, Hanoi, Bangkok, Milan & Florence, thank you Singapore for capping off Symphonic Suites tenth year of service in such grand fashion.
