Perhaps what must be done is a complete reexamination of our addiction to the falsely produced all Natural flavor from chain restaurants, fast food chains, and mega super store chains. It is possible to keep it simple by supporting local agriculture and local independently owned food establishments-ones that do not ship food from half way across the world just to serve an out of season, over fished, over produced, chemical, preservative and gmo laden piece of meat to a hole. Our little town of Beaumont is too small to support another chain restaurant that has over 200 items on the menu. We cant support the mediocrity that large chains create and we cant afford to loose our labor industry to a mediocre, uninspired and massively overproduced chain reaction.
