Permission to Post Admin //MY HOME MADE CHOCOLATE PANCAKE INGREDIENTS: 2 Cups all-purpose flour 2 Tbsp. Butter or oil ½ Sugar 1 Cup milk or Water 2 eggs Slightly bitten 4 Tbsp. Cocoa powder 2 ½ Tbsp. baking powder ½ tsp. salt 1 Tbsp. Vanilla extract Chocolate chips (Optional) Procedure: 1. Combine all dry ingredients mix well 2. Combine wet ingredients mix well 3. The combine the wet and dry ingredients mix well make sure all dissolve properly. 4. Let it rest for few minutes before cooking 5. Preheat the pan low heat and spread with butter then slightly pour pancake mixture. 6. Wait until you see bubbles in you mixture then you can flip the other side 7. But if want to put chocolate chips toppings this is the best timing cover the pan for few 2 minutes or until the pancake is fully cooked, no need to flip the other to avoid burning and sticking the Choco chips in the pan . Note; Dapat po ung consistency ng pancake butter di masyadong malapot di rin masyadong malabnaw, dapat katamtaman lang. Yung maple syrup nmn po saten sugar o arnibal lng at kaunting water dissolve lng po s mahinang apoy at antaying lumapot qng my vanilla essence mas okay po un. You can also eat your pan cake with your favorite jam like what I have in the picture cause I love peanut butter.
