If you are a goal-oriented individual that can contribute on our continuous success and dynamic organization who can share their expertise in our team please be informed that we are URGENTLY in need of the below position. · OPERATION & ADMINISTRATION OFFICER § Responsible for the efficient and effective management and administration of the different sections under the department in order to ensure that set standards for service quality are met. § Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Business Administration or any allied courses § Must have a minimum of three (3) years experience in HRD or Operations and Administration § Minimum of one (1) year experience in Cashiering or Credit and Collection functions · BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT OFFICER § Responsible for the development of new business and enhancing the Company’s current client portfolio while maintaining a high level of sales and marketing achievement for a major market segment. Seals new accounts and exploits business opportunities to achieve sales targets. § Develops and implements sales strategies, conducts sales presentations, writes up sales plans or sales proposals and negotiates with partners’ key executives. § College graduate of any four (4) year business course. § At least three (3) years of relevant working experience. · BUSINESS SYSTEM ANALYST § Candidate must possess Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or related field. § Good interpersonal and communication skills. § Must be knowledgeable in Business Process Design, Analysis, Modeling and Mapping § Has Excellent Critical Thinking and Process Analysis/Business skills. Determines operational objectives by studying business functions; gathering information; evaluating output requirements and formats § Minimum of three (3) years experience in systems analysis and design of object-oriented web-based (i.e. Java, J2EE) applications with Or acle database. § Multi-tasking and deadline orientation are essential Ability to work in a fast paced, dynamic environment Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed. § Business System Analyst Skills and Qualifications: --C,COBOL, Software Design, Software Documentation, Software Development Process, Software Requirements, Analyzing Information , Teamwork, Software Maintenance, Written / Verbal Communication, Promoting Process Improvement. · WEB / JAVA DEVELOPER § Defines site objectives by analyzing user requirements; envisioning system features and functionality. § Designs and develops user interfaces to internet/intranet applications by setting expectations and features priorities throughout development life cycle; determining design methodologies and tool sets; completing programming using languages and software products; designing and conducting tests. § Integrates applications by designing database architecture and server scripting; studying and establishing connectivity with network systems, search engines, and information servers. § Creates multimedia applications by using authoring tools. § Candidate must be proficient in all aspects of Wordpress and Wordpress Plugin development and needs to be familiar with CSS, HTML, PHP, MySQL, and web server maintenance. § He/she will work closely with Project Managers and development team, produce project estimates for development hours, determine appropriate architecture and technical solutions. · ACCOUNTING ASSISTANT § Candidate must possess at least Bachelors Degree in Financial Management,Accountancy, Banking and Finance and its equivalent § Knowledgeable in basic accounting jobs such as Accounts Receivable/Payable § Fresh graduate/Entry level applicants are encouraged to apply Applicants must be willing to work in Makati City ALL QUALIFIED AND INTERESTED APPLICANTS ARE INVITED TO APPLY.
