Perry Kallen Moore, 50 retired, of Muskogee, went home to be with our Lord on August 11, 2013. He was born on December 31, 1962 in Wellington, KS to Charles and Donna Moore. Perry attended Checotah Schools and graduated in 1981. Perry married the love of his life, Janet on December 16, 1982. He was a fiberglass finisher by profession and retired due to a disability. Perry loved spending time with his grandchildren and holidays with all of his family. Perry was preceded in death by his wife Janet K. Moore, his father Charles A. Moore, his step-father Bob Risenhoover, his maternal grandfather Bill Ratzlaff, his paternal grandparents Jack and Madge Moore. He is survived by his daughter Cassie and sons Jeremy and Richard of the home. Grandchildren Kaitlyn, Joey, Haylen and Aubri. His mother Donna L. Moore of Checotah, sisters Cindy and husband David of McAlester, Tamyla Moore and partner Cheryl of Marietta OK.; and twin brother Jerry and wife Hollye of Prue; maternal grandmother Hazle Ratzlaff, also many aunts, uncles, nieces and nephews. Perry also leaves behind other family and friends that loved him dearly. The family will greet friends on Thursday at the Funeral Home from 5:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. Services will be held on Friday August 16, 2013 at 1:00 p.m. in the First Freewill Baptist Church with burial to follow in the Triplett Cemetery. Pallbearers will be Garry Moore, Micheal Moore, Randy Moore, David Moore, Greg Shotwell, and Morgan Shotwell. Honorary pallbearers will be Jerry Moore, David Miner, Alston Phillips, Greg Moore, Gene Ratzlaff, and Leroy Ratzlaff. Funeral arrangements are under the direction of Checotah Funeral and Cremation service. Friends may send condolences to the family at checotahfuneralservice
