Perry finds out that the prosecutor running the States Public Integrity Unit has been arrested for DWI, was belligerent with officers, was so physically violent that she had to be restrained, threatened to use her influence to punish those officers and ended up pleading guilty and serving jail time. He then demands her resignation and - when she refuses - he decides to veto funding for the Unit because the public has lost all respect for it due to the person who is its head. On what planet filled with dung eating giant, semi-intelligent amoeba could that possibly constitute a criminal act?!?
