Personal Euros update... Well it was my first black belt competition and I decided to choose one of the biggest Brazilian Jiu Jitsu events ever to test my new belt level. On this occasion the efforts and preparation did not produce a medal for me but as always the loss produced a huge learning experience. I felt I could hold my own at such a belt level and this was a huge confidence boost. I am very excited to test myself again and really look forward to competing at black belt in the future.
