Perth Amboy company has an immediate need for a Customer Service Representative for 3-4 weeks. Job Summary: To provide efficient and accurate product info to clients via telephone and fax, provide supervision and support, training of products and oversee all client service. Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Oversee all client service functions. Handle client questions and handle client service issues. Advise clients on material stock status, special order requirements and payment policies. Provide product training to employees and clients. Assist order desk dept. Product knowledge is necessary to suggest reselections and understand product usage. Assist inventory and parking lot sales. Other duties assign. Qualifications: Must have excellent client service/people skills. Previous management exp required. Must be detailed oriented, work independently and have problem solving skills. Min 3-5 yrs client service exp and problem solving skills. Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills.
