Pet peeve: I used to work retail so I understand the value of customer service. As a sales person, recognize times that you’re running around for a customer who isn’t even going to purchase. Meanwhile you have other customers waiting on you to assist them. 1. Get back up to help you. 2. Be courteous enough to say, let me see if I can address their question quickly while you think about it. 20 minutes waiting is unacceptable. Taking my money elsewhere!
