! Peter 1:22 Now you have purified yourselves by obeying the truth so that you have sincere love for your brothers, love one another deeply, from the heart. Holiness means being set apart by God for His purposes. He teaches us how to make holiness a way of life rather than see it as some high place we can never reach. God placed us where we live and work, not to portray us as better than our neighbors, or to isolate ourselves as if we were in incubators, but to reflect who Christ is as we walk among other people. The longer we live and mature spiritually, the more others should be able to recognize the Savior in us. If we are the body of Christ, then our hands are His hands, our eyes are His eyes, and His feet are His feet. When we allow Jesus to speak, love, and serve through us, others will be compelled to ask, why is that person always showing great life, activity, and energy? What about you today? Will you purify yourself by obeying the truth so that you have sincere love for your brothers, and love one another from the heart? Enthusiasm for Christ is contagious! Will someone catch it from you today? Friends, just a smile to someone today might change their entire attitude. Give one to everyone you see today, because you see, if we threw all our problems in a pile, and saw everyone elses, wed gladly grab ours back!
