Peters HEALTHY LIFESTYLE TRANSFORMATION! Week 7 RESULTS! 10/7/13 - 10/12/13 Weight loss this week: 0 Dealing with pain. Timing not good as it is slowing me down on my goals. Ive had to drop most of cardio with impact, ie elliptical, treadmill. So today lizard worked with me in pool and then on the recumbent bike for alternatives. Whole the pool is a light workout for me with a 100/105 hr it is a great change. We focused on the recumbent to get a workout in 30 min where I could get 80% max hr. We succeeded by the following. Ten min level 6-11 rpm 85-95. Then 30 sec intervals rpm maintained at 90-95. Level 14 on and level 11 off recovery rpm. 30 sec intervals. Total 30 min workout. This worked perfectly. Thank you lizard. Burned 350 cals in 30 min and got hr up to 135. Weight was flat this week. Im good considering the pain in my etc. Had a few Diet issues. Met w dr and dealing w inflammation. And getting X-rays. Very hopeful.
