Petit diner de Noel made by Fufu pour la descendance. Foie gras (merci Elisabeth Johnston-Putoa et Viviane Conrad), huitres, rotis de porc aux abricots, risotto a la courgette jaune, fromages dont Montchevre (merci Arnaud Solandt et Sabine Dodane), glace. Et gate pourri par Teddy Phu Thanh Danh et Billy qui mont offert une super toile géante du Francais Romain Hugault qui habille parfaitement mon mur désespérément blanc et vide. Genial! Thanks boys! Little Christmas day diner I made for the boys with Foie Gras on toasted ciabatti, Puget Sound Oysters on the half shell with lemon and red vinegar with shallots sauce, apricot-stuffed pork roast with butternut squash risotto, assortment of cheeses, ice cream ! The boys spoiled me with a fabulous and huge painting by french artist Romain Hugaut, depicting everything I love. Thanks Boys ! Its been a fabulous Christmas (with the contributions for my wonderful friends from Tahiti and France who have sent Xmas goodies packages. Thank you everybody)!
