U.S. delegation represented by US Vice President Joe Biden, Senator John McCain and Assistant Secretary of State Victoria Nuland. 5 delegations represented at the level of deputy prime ministers and the rest of the delegation - at the level of foreign ministers or ambassadors accredited in Ukraine.
